Take your 90 minute spiel and walk, no run! Seriously. I own one. All was well until I got divorced. The deed has been changed to my name, but the management refuses to acknowledge that unless I pay $500.00. Since it is done, this is for a couple of keystrokes. Also, even though my lawyer and I have kept them abreast of this all the way through, they insist on sending things to my ex-husband and so, his new wife. Now a collection agency is nagging all of us as he ’signed the contract’. By the way, the contract states that this is a piece of property that can be sold, willed, etc. Hmm…running may not be fast enough. Please take my advice!

The announcement makes it look as though you will get something valuable for nothing. But that is not true. You will have to earn it by sitting through a long sales pitch, often of more than two hours, and frequently using high pressure tactics. For that, you will earn the cheapest of the “gifts” listed.

It is easy you just have to handle it right.
Here is the formula, set an Appointment somewhere else to start 20 min. after the sales presentation supposed to be over. (Doctor, Dentist, show, water park, what ever,) Be cordial, let them do their job, let them know that you are broke and there is no way you can afford anything, bring the document (invitation) that states the time length, 30 min. before it supposed to be over let them know of the appointment. Leave.
