I want to be able to track what they sign up for and know how much I am making for referring people to the site.
Darren M asked:

Okay, this morning I recieved a phone call from a fairly-nice man, probably a tele-marketar. He had an accent, which I believe was indian but he told me that our address was chosen and “qualified to recieve a free $300 gas card and a 40% off card (gift?) for stores like walmart. At first, I declined and kindly told him that I wasn’t interested, but he assured me that I didn’t have to buy anything. I again said no, but he wanted to confirm my address, which turned out to not actually match ours. I said that the address he said wasn’t ours, but he asked for my name and address so he could send me the “card package” anyway due to the mixup or for being nice. Curious, I decided to give him my address and father’s name just in case. He responded by wishing me a merry christmas and said that the package should be sent to us in 3-5 business days. Oh and when I told him my address, I could here other people in his office cheering on the line but I forgot to ask what the company he’s from was. Again, he wished me a happy holiday and I said bye. So, based off what he told me, could we be actually getting the gas card/gift card in the mail after all? Or is it just a way to send us stuff to eventually buy something from them? We don’t have barely any money this holiday (not even for gas) so this would be pretty nice of them to send us this. What do you think? Thanks.

Need a Gas Card? Win Your FREE Gas Card Now!

I signed up again and they won’t return any of my emails. Is there a way to get ahold of email addresses in the corp chain? I know this is just a consumer offer and it’s not like I actually bought something, but I really want in on this again!

Need a Gas Card?
devotionalservice asked:

There is a “On the Run” Exxon filling station near my home and I somehow couldn’t keep running by there to take advantage of their free water offer. They were offering a free dasani water if you purchased a 20oz cup of coffee. They also have this card that you get punched when you purchase a coffee. So you would technically get both free water and your card punched towards a another free cup of coffee. I know I shouldn’t have pestered them by going over there so many times, but I just felt they started getting a bit on the rude side about the whole thing. They didn’t exactly say anything rude, but their attitude was far from being hospitable and friendly. I mean at first they didn’t seem to notice and seemed to have a good attitude about the whole thing, but it wasn’t long before their attitude broke down. Have you ever had a similar experience? And by the way, I do often purchase a lot of gas there with my delivery work.
I have since avoided stopping there unless it is a convenience to purchase gas. I no longer get their coffee. I am learning to make it at home or get it elsewhere. Of course, I and others need to learn as much consideration as possible when patronizing a store front and taking advantage of a free offer. It helps to consider what is going on behind the scenes. Yes, their main idea was to get new customers to try out their store. On another hand, I think it would help to have a good attitude about making a free offer in a store. Don’t make a free offer and not have a good attitude about it. Of course, there will be the certain few who may seem to be abusing the free offer. Don’t let it get to you. Maybe they will realize the error of their ways and become better customers than ever before. I mean, they have completely left themselves open for someone to come in their and take advantage of their free offer.
Why does everyone have to be thinking all this about how they really are just making this free offer to attract some new customers? Aren’t they a billion dollar franchise?
