Your credit report shouldn’t show your Visa debit card unless you somehow get overdraft fees and owe them money.
Debit cards simply aren’t credit, so they don’t appear on a credit report. Credit cards do.

Now, it sounds like you are getting free trials/subscriptions for services like magazines, columbia house, etc…. These companies can and will automatically charge your debit card every month unless you successfully cancel them. This could make it VERY easy for you to accidentally overdraft your account.
These services are notoriously difficult to cancel. Typically, you have to call a phone number to cancel, and they will lose your cancellation. If you *REALLY* want to cancel one of these services, I would call by phone to cancel, record the conversation (you can legally record a phone conversation if you are told the call is being recorded for quality assurance purposes), and then CANCEL YOUR VISA DEBIT CARD, telling them you have done so. Do not give them alternate payment information. Get a new visa debit card and number from your bank. This will prevent them from automatically debiting your card when they lose your cancellation.
Don’t sign up for those recurring charges again – they are more a pain in the (! than they are worth. They will hound you until the end of time, claim you owe them money for services you didn’t received and cancelled, send you to collections (which you will have to clean your credit report from), and automatically charge accounts they shouldn’t. I know from experience iwth AOL, BMG, and Vonage.
