Who thinks that war is the same as having a tea party?

TRUE PATRIOT asked:

Right after 9/11 you couldn’t drive down the road without seeing flags all over peoples cars. The same after we first declared war in Iraq. Now all of a sudden people are so against the military and our troops. Calling them names like baby killers and other horrible things. It makes me sick. I could drive miles without seeing an American flag. What is going on people. Remember, Bush said that this war wasn’t going to be easy. He also said it was going to be a long war. He was supported then. Did people forget? And don’t give me this war is over oil crap. I haven’t seen any oil. Must be my republican free gas card got lost in the mail.

no war is not like a tea party and things have changed from WW2
when nuling a country can win a war (which is what man think).
War is like a bunch of dogs fighting.there are no rules and each side does what they want.if a country is nuked and still has its army left (like Japan) they will not give up for the sake of their people.its not like when a leader signs a peace treaty when his country is nuked.nope.enemies will fight till the last man and the enemies of the U.S.A have promised that.it sort of means that even if their whole country is obliteratedinto a waste lan the soldiers will keep fighting.simply since they can easily move into neigboring countries while the innocent are nuked.in the past war was like a tea party.now its just a dog fight.

Most people are weak and do not have the stomach for a real fight. If they had lived in the 40’s we would all be speaking either Japanese or German right now. I’ll tell ya one thing. If I ever hear of some liberal puke spitting at service people at airports like when I came home from Nam, I will go there and introduce them to my baseball bat.

War is definitly not a tea party, but I think people have gotten spoiled at how short the last few wars we had were. This war was actually declared over about three months after it began. Unfortunately a bunch of people didn’t get that memo. Or don’t want to see Iraq as a free country with a Democratic style of government.
